We have been given with task of deep hole deburring in the common rail used for CRDI engines . This machine has gone through the tight quality and reliability check by German engineers.

The handler is developed for semiconductor industry. A arm 7 processor is used which controls three steeper ,Two servo motors, a vacuum pump ,two load cells and a matrix reader.

A semiautomatic fixture developed for the purpose of handling balls and base plates. This machine is controlled by PLC.
